My Friend, the Vacuum

Forrest LOVES the vacuum. When he was a little baby I would hold him and vacuum to help him calm down. He went through a brief stage when it scared him, but it didn't last too long. For his 2nd birthday, we gave him a small, battery-powered vacuum that he could use himself. Of course, he still prefers Mommy's vacuum. Yesterday, after we finished cleaning up, he dragged the vacuum out and then laid underneath it in a small spot of sunshine.

    How adorable!! What is it with kids and vacuums? I bring mine out and my kids run to it like they do when their Daddy comes home!

    I love vaccuums. Maybe it's not just a kid thing. Maybe it's an everyone thing.
